Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Confici ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile games and applications (the "Apps") and the website confici.net (the "Site"). By using the Apps or the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number through the Apps.
Our Apps include third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising and analytics. These SDKs may automatically collect information from your device, such as:
- Device identifiers, including the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA where you allow it)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device model, operating system, language and network information
- App usage and interaction data, including ad impressions and clicks
- Crash and performance data
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and we use it only to reply to you.
How information is used
- To show advertisements, including personalised ads where you have consented
- To measure ad performance and prevent fraud
- To understand how the Apps are used, so we can fix bugs and improve them

The Apps may use the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Your choices
- Personalised ads: on Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads). On iOS, you can choose whether to allow apps to track you when prompted, or later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent: where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK or certain US states), the Apps will ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice from within the App where that option is offered.
- Uninstalling: uninstalling an App stops all further collection by that App.
Data retention and deletion
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to their policies. To request deletion of data associated with your device, contact us at the address below and we will help you reach the relevant provider.
Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Site
confici.net is a static website. It does not use cookies or analytics of its own. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change.
